The Valley to Read

The Maltese Falcon

Fewer than half of American adults now read. Help us restore reading to the center of American culture.

Join communities across the Valley during this month-long reading fest. Enjoy book discussions, lectures, film screenings, exhibitions, and performances in celebration of this literary classic.

Presented nationally by the National Endowment of the Arts in Partnership with the Institute of Museum and Library Sciences and in cooperation with Arts Midwest.
